Haven't Let Me Down Yet!

I am really impressed with the way each claim has been evaluated and paid but wish they were more current and timely in their processes. It would be nice to be able to file a claim from their website instead of a third party app but overall I am grateful for this service and tell everyone I know how valuable it has been and the peace of mind that it provides my family.

Convenient and easy

It was really easy to file the claim using the mobile app. While the processing time could be improved a bit. overall experience was really good. Accepting payments is easier too. You don't have to wait for the check in the mail, you can accept online payments.

Awesome

The underwriters reviewed Luigi’s case and a thorough and professional manner and really provided excellent coverage for his gastrointestinal problem as well as his prior surgery this year. They truly went above and beyond and we are very appreciative. We have recommended nationwide to every pet owner we encounter

Nationwide is the BEST Pet Insurance EVER!

Chloe has been a sick little pup from the beginning, starting with worms. She has two bad knees that I'm trying to hold off getting on operation on, digestive issues that give her diarrhea and make her throw-up. She also has anxiety issues. But every time we take her to the vet, I know I won't have to worry about hassles with her insurance. Nationwide's claim's team has been excellent. I upload the bill and explanation of service and I immediately receive a confirmation email. A few weeks later I receive an email to obtain a status on my claim and the next thing I know, there's a check in my mailbox. With all the health issues I have to worry about with Chloe, it's sure nice to know I don't have to worry about the insurance.

Trupanion Service Review

Our cockapoo has gastrointestinal issues and requires regular checkups and bloodwork. The service provided by Trupanion has been exceptional. Peace of Mind

I love having healthcare for my girl. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that I can give her the best possible care and not worry as much about the financial part.
