I can not rate them highly enough, so easy to work with.

I can not rate ASPCA highly enough. Their customer service team is excellent, the few times I have called with questions they were so pleasant and helpful. Claims are so easy to submit and payments are always prompt. They even covered hydrotherapy which has been so helpful in my dog's recovery. 5 stars all around.

Healthy paws rocks!

My dog ended up having to have a tplo surgery. The claims processing was done so quickly I had the money in my account within 3 days. Filing the claim was extremely easy and quick. They made a very stressful time easier. After his surgery, he had some some complications and they process post claims quickly as well.

One issue with my claim

One issue with my claim for Leo is that it was delayed because you needed proof of payment instead of just the itemized bill. Makes sense, however the same partial documentation was used for my other cat's claim (went to the vet together) and there was no pushback or request for additional proof of payment and the claim was fulfilled. How does that make sense?? Please be consistent on your requests.

I've been recommending

This is actually in regards to multiple claims I filed while for my dog Teddy. Every single claim was processed in a timely manner from the day he was diagnosed about 2 months ago until the day we had to say goodbye to him. You guys covered the cost of his surgery, chemo therapy, acupuncture to help with chemo side effects and I couldn't be more grateful.
