I can't stop telling people how happy I am with this insurance. I am not an easy person to please, I have high standards in myself so I expect the same, but too often I am disappointed. Not in this case happy happy happy and so is Rosie.

Mostly satisfactory but wish reimbursement was more
Customer service was good, ease of filing claims good, response and turn around time of reimbursement was very good, my only complaint was I wish more was covered, I had to spend near $4000 from several visits and procedures, and about $2000 was covered so obviously I wish more was covered and there is a possibility I will have more claims....overall my dog coco is healed from one thing and doing better from a foreign object in throat that caused inflammation and mucus discharge, and will soon begin treating Cushing disease
