I’ve had nationwide for going on five years and so far I’ve had no issues and the coverage has worked appreciate the quick response on the claims and it seems to be a good coverage for my dog

I have dealt with insurance companies for many years both personally and professionally. FIGO's people and processes are extremely consumer-centric. I frequently have claims approved within 1 day of submitting them and find the money in my bank account within just a couple of days afterwards. The FIGO team should be proud of their products and people.

Dear Healthy Paws, Thank you so much for the bottom of our hearts for helping us with the coverage on Lincoln's emergency surgery. He’s recovering well and we’re grateful every day for the second chance! He’s a huge part of our family! Thanks for Giving Us Peace of Mind
We have submitted several claim for our dog, as he has year round atopic dermatitis. He also recently broke and tooth and had to have surgery. Without VPI, we would not be able to keep him on his needed allergy pills or afford emergencies, like his broken tooth!

Superb!!
I had to submit 37 pages of Roxie's medical history for a year, and write the account number on each and every page, which was kind of a pain, but once the records were submitted I was very pleased at how quickly they paid off. The breakdown of what they paid, and what they didn't pay was very easy to read. I would highly recommend this company.
