So reassuring to have Nationwide Pet Insurance when the time called for!!!
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance (formerly known as VPI) for my Mocha since I had her at 1 years old. Even though I have paid for all these years, I knew that Nationwide Pet Insurance would be there for my Mocha when the time called for. Sure enough the time arrive, when she was diagnosed with cancer cells In June and had them surgical removed, it was so reassuring to know that the Vet Place would take care of the claim for me. I didn't have to do anything on my part, but to take care of my Mocha. Nationwide Pet Insurance then notified me as soon as they received the claim, saying that it could take up to 30 days, which was really less than one week. I am very pleased with Nationwide Pet Insurance and made it so easy to go through phase with Mocha.

I waited a long time to make my claims (my vet office helped), but Nationwide honored even the oldest ones...!
Due to many issues, I waited a long time to file my claims for my golden doodle. Finally, after several recent and expensive visits to our vet, one of the specialists there told me that I could file for even old visits, and that they could do it for me. I was so very pleased, and it was not long before the checks were sent to me. In total, they amounted to a substantial amount of money. I was amazed that I could file for old visits, and I really appreciate the policies of Nationwide that made this possible. I don't know about policies for other companies, but I know that there are some that put a limit on how long one can delay in filing. Thank you so very, very much. Sincerely, Diana B. The online claim process is a bit hard to find from the website, but once you do, it is straightforward to submit a claim. I would ask to improve the processing time so that it is less than 7 business days.

Thank Goodness for Pet Insurance
Nationwide Pet insurance offers terrific service. As our pet grew older, he needs more veterinary services. Nationwide has recently improved the claims and payment services speeding up the time it takes to process and pay. It's nice not having to worry about vet bills each month.

Exactly Why We Opted For Pet Insurance
We obtained this insurance for exactly what it is to be used for - insurance against the potential unknown treatment needs of our dog. We have had this coverage for nearly 3 years, from when we brought our boy home from the breeder as a 7 week old pup. We have had no issues with claim submissions and processing of submitted expenses have been quick. We hope to not need to utilize the coverage in the future, but we have the added comfort of knowing we have the protection of this coverage should it be needed.

Amazing company-Life saver-Best thing you can do for your dog!
This company is a blessing to our family. After paying lots of money for vet bills when he was a puppy, we heard about pet insurance and signed up right away. Nationwide is awesome! Every person I have ever spoken to has been pleasant, kind, patient and caring. The vet helpline is beyond valuable for us pet parents. I highly recommend everyone get this insurance coverage for your fur babies. They deserve it! I never hesitate to take my babies to the vet if they need anything. It’s worth it!
