ASPCA provides exceptional Customer CARE making a distressing time easier to cope with.

I am a proud advocate of ASPCA and their daily commitment in making our wonderful furry friends' lives more happy and healthy. An affordable monthly insurance premium for my yorkie Linus has been a priceless component to keeping him feeling well which brings me immense joy. My interaction with their Insurance team has always been pleasurable, caring, and friendly. They always explain and inform me of the best way to manage my pet's Health Insurance. They genuinely care about their members and their buddies, something rarely found in any type of Customer Service exchange. Linus and I thank ASPCA for all their help You're the Best!

Nationwide Pet Insurance is the best.

We love Nationwide pet insurance. We have 3 dogs currently insured, but have been policy holders for over 20 years. The service is excellent and the employees very caring.

I am so glad we had Nation Wide Pet insurance

Great customer service, fair rates, and quick returns. Love the vet hotline service, where you can call at any time 24/7 and get a professional vet opinion on your pet condition. My dog is healthy but very active, sometimes I just need someone to tell me he is going to be okay!

Won’t cover claim for hip supplement and remedy that was previously covered for chronic conditions.

At this point I would not recommend this insurance. Truly not worth the effort of contacting my vet and having them contact Trupanion a number of times for homeopathic treatment of hip Dysplasia that the dog was diagnosed with at 2 and had been insured for since 1 1/2. I pay extra for a rider that includes homeopathic treatment yet the company does not understand how this care works. Battling for a $13.00 remedy and a $50. 00 supplement that have been covered in the past for treatment.

WOW

Healthy Paws saved me. I adopted a puppy who was very sick and ended up having serious genetic issues that endangered his life. He’s had two major surgeries and so many repeat visits to multiple vets, including holistic care. The cost has been around $20,000 and Healthy Paws has covered almost all of it. I keep thinking to myself if a pet company can be so reputable and organized, then why can’t we figure this out for humans. I almost had guilt they were paying for so much. They always respond with love and care. They check on my fur baby. I’m always reimbursed within 3-4 days. Additionally for some big procedures, they approved payment in advanced. I’m so thankful to them everyday because for the small minimum I pay for my dog I know they’ll never recoup their losses with me and they treat me with such care and respect. Everyone should go with Healthy paws. They cover what most insurers don’t, especially is you have a Frenchie.

Quick and easy!!

Our little Sheltie has been fighting a UTI that won’t quit so we’ve had a few visits to the vet plus antibiotics, tests, etc. The cost mounts up. From submitting my claims to receiving payment on covered costs was less than a week from Nationwide - AMAZING and greatly appreciated!!
