Fantastic service!
Our dog, Weezie is part of our family so when she was gravely ill in June, we were terribly worried. She required a lot of veterinary care to be back to good health. Having ASPCA insurance gave us peace of mind knowing we could get her what she needed. The representatives are always friendly and helpful. The claims process through the app could not have been smoother, and our reimbursement came quite quickly. Thank you!

Doesn’t Help
We got Embrace to help with my dog’s anxiety that he’s been dealing with his whole life. Before we went to a vet, we tried many trainers to help with this, and once we decided to go to a Behavioral Vet we decided to Embrace since it states they cover behavioral vet visits. Well, this isn’t true. They consider anxiety a preexisting condition and won’t cover his vet since he has anxiety. So they basically don’t want to help dogs get better. We submitted the claim on April 26 and did not get an answer back until July 19. I think it’s ridiculous to take almost 3 months to process a claim.

Fantastic Pet Insurance Provider!
Great service and benefits. My animals are like my children, and I'm so greatful I purchased policies for them years ago. They have had many serious health issues and "accidents" and you all came through for us. Chloe now has her second cancer and because of her coverage, she is comfortable and doing well. I see too many people have to let their "furrbabies" go because they could not afford emergency and/or serious treatment to save them. Many thanks to you all.

Great plan, awesome coverage!
We have used Nationwide ever since we got our dog about 4 years ago. The experience has been great. The coverage is great and the fact that Nationwide allows our vet to submit all the expenses directly makes it really easy. The account access through the website makes it easy to track submissions and reimbursements. Have not had any issues getting reimbursements on time. Hard to believe but so far we have not needed to call Nationwide customer service for anything.

I received prompt service after submitting my claim online.
I received reimbursement within a week of submitting my claim for my dog’s CCL surgery. Submitting online was very easy. A follow-up call asking about Colby and the insurance service was appreciated. The representative appeared to be genuinely interested in Colby’s progress. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always received this level of care with each claim I have submitted. I would not go without Pet Insurance.
