Great overall experience for a first claim
At first I had a little trouble with the online portal for the Nationwide pet insurance portal. I had not set up something to do with my pet, that I did not know to do in advance. So it would not let me process the claim online. I tried to trouble shoot, multi browsers etc. Finally, I did get someone on the phone and she told me how to email in my claim, and she explained what went wrong. This went smoothly! I was paid a very generous sum! And within only two weeks. Very transparent process! Really pleased! It's amazing how a routine set of injections can cost so much and I go to a supposedly lower cost vet, But NO not so low cost it would seem. I even did not do the stool sample as part of the routine checkup, as I was just trying to save money, and now I am wishing I had, as I bet my insurance covers it!

Best Pet Insurance overall
Since we switched to Nationwide from other dog insurance. This is the absolute best insurance I have found for my dog. I love that the claims are quick and easy. All customer service reps have been super nice and will help you with everything. I will keep this insurance always, and when anyone asks me I give them a referral to the Nationwide page for their pets. I have informed my Vet as well and he gives his customers the information as well. Thanks so much, Yall are just the best.

Best experience; better than I could have ever imagined!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was incredible to work with. I was amazed at everything they covered and the claims process was so incredibly simple. Although our dog has recently passed, there is no doubt that we will get another pup and when we do, we will use Healthy Paws again.

Misleading and disappointing
Difficult to say anything positive about the experience I’ve had with Nationwide thus far: it seems that each time I call to speak with someone the person is unprofessional and the connection is always poor. I never really get straight answers to my questions. Furthermore the coverages and the EOB we get for our claims don’t make a whole lot of sense. Things that should have been connected aren’t, and we find ourselves having to chase our vet office for additional documentation and information. Not a simple claim process, and overall disappointing.

You guys make claims painless and easy!
I always recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to my friends with pets because all my experiences have been so easy! The last thing you want to deal with when your pet is sick is a pesky insurance company and you guy are the opposite! I always get my money within 7 days :)
