I am so glad and grateful i have this insurance. You all are prompt with payment and it is greatly appreciated. I shopped around before i decided to go with insurance for my Lexie and Nationwide is by far the best pet insurance out there. i always joke and say my Lexie has better insurance than i do!! Lexie is much better now and i appreciate the email you sent checking up on her.

Difficult to work with! I have heard through asking around our pet neighborhood that Embrace should not be used. my vet said you
Difficult to submit claims. Does not want to pay. Asks the vet question after question. General Exam mouth and teeth normal. Needs Dental checked number 2...means normal for a dog 2 years old. The vet looks at whiteness, , tartar, and gums. My vet said this normal for a dog and not pre-existing. Do not get pet insurance from Embrace, you will be angry for all the time spent trying to get reimbursed and they do not know how to read claims. I am a QA person for healthcare and believe me they are getting fired!

Nationwide is the best pet insurance I have ever had. The company is prompt and extremely efficient in handling claims, and never questions the submissions I have made. I can't imagine using any other company than Nationwide for my pet.
