I never have to worry about how I am going to pay for a vet bill if my dog gets seriously injured.

Charlie recently had an extremely traumatic experience when another dog attacked him by reaching under a fence and locking on to his arm. We would do anything for our pup, and so when we got the estimate for his surgery we were very comforted to know that we would have most of the bill covered by insurance. This was one less thing to worry about, so we were able to just focus on taking care of Charlie while he recovered. Thank you so so much!

Disappointed

I have been with your company for 5 years and will be canceling my policy as soon as I receive my reimbursements. You have continued to increased my monthly payment and will not pay for some of my dogs medicines, I am so upset with your service and lack of coverage I would never recommend your company.

Claim processed and paid out quickly

The benefit pamphlet was difficult to understand but a quick call to the customer service number cleared it up easily. My claim was reviewed, processed, and paid out within a month. I feel that was a quick turnaround. I am very pleased as I do not get paid over the summer.

Fast, efficient and caring service.

I had Nationwide for many years with my previous pup. They always provided great service - covered his illnesses as he aged. When he passed over the rainbow bridge - they sent flowers. They are a business, but a very empathetic one. I have a new pup now. I researched a half dozen other insurance companies because I wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything. Nationwide policies covered all that I needed and for a reasonable price. I trust them too so I am a customer again. Happy customer here with a happy pup!

Best decision I ever made

The best decision I ever made was choosing Nationwide Pet Insurance for my Dog. The rates are very reasonable, the customer service is next to none. It is so easy to make a claim, online or via email, and the turn around time is priceless. Not to mention the piece of mind insurance gives you.

Amazing
