So thankful for Nationwide insurance for making the care for our very sick dog less stressful!
Our dog, Daisy has been very sick this year! I can not imagine how much more stress would be added if we didn't have insurance coverage. It has lifted a heavy burden from our shoulders. We have had nothing but good luck and fast reimbursement. Thank you nationwide for being at our sides!

Sadly Trupanion has gone down hill
We have had Trupanion for three and a half years. In the beginning the coverage and service was top notch, but over the last year Trupanion’s rates have sky rocketed with their customer service tanking. Quite frankly for the amount of money we have paid per month we could have just opened a savings account and put the money there, and that would have covered all of our little French bulldogs nares/pallet surgery. Our three year old Frenchie has the same procedure two years ago and Trupanion covered all but the & $200 deductible. This time around they paid less than half and the claim process took forever. The customer service agents repeatedly told me they were short staffed for the amount of clients they have added. As a customer I don’t want to hear excuses. We are changing coverage to Nation Wide they have had excellent ratings and the same coverage will cost half of what Trupanion has increased our rates to. Originally we paid $161 for both French bulldogs, and with the rate increase our new monthly bill is $300.

We are so glad we got ASPCA pet insurance!
Not long after adopting our mostly toy poodle from a rescue shelter, we learned from our veterinarian that he needed surgery on both knees. We went to the recommended surgeon who confirmed it - luxating patellas on both knees. We are so grateful that ASPCA paid for all the tests, surgery and prescriptions. Without this insurance coverage we would have had to use credit or take out a loan. During the claim process, the customer service representatives I spoke with were courteous, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with ASPCA.

My Bill was over 10,000 dollars I submitted the bill was approved in 6 days and I got he check within 10 days of him coming home
They were the best I am so glad my co-worker told me about Healthy Paws. My cat was hit by a car his bills were over 10,000 dollars. When he came home I submitted the bills they reviewed and approved within 6 days WOW!!!!!! I received the check within 4 days after it was approved. I recommend healthy paws for a pet parent. Claims were easy to submit and allowed me time to focus on helping my cat on his journey to recovery. The rates are reasonable and in 1 accident towered what I paid in and they covered 80% of his bills, I was amazed and thankful for Healthy Paws. They even followed up asking how he was feeling!!!!!! I love them!!!!

Claims for Pixie Dust
Trupanion has never failed me. Whenever I submit a claim I receive a confirmation they have it and are working on it. Normally within 24 days I receive the results and a day or so later I receive a deposit in my bank account. Fantastic customer service!
