Best Pet Insurance
I have an English Bulldog and a Great Dane/English Mastiff mix (Daniff). I was reluctant to get insurance on our dogs since it is just one more expense. My wife and I decided to just do it since things can happen. This insurance company is AMAZING!!! They are very friendly when you have to call them. Filing a claim is as easy as it gets. All you have to do is go to the app, take a picture of the receipt and hit submit. They review the claim and direct deposit the funds right into your account (it usually takes just a few days). The company even emails me to see how my dog was doing after his surgery.

I'm grateful to have you as my insurer. I appreciate that I can count on you to reimburse most reasonable costs. I do wish the reimbursement process could be a bit quicker and not through the bank you use which also take a few days for payment transfer to my bank. Thank you for your good customer service!

One Recommendation
So far, Nationwide has been extremely good in reviewing my claims and payment. The one thing I wish would have happened is that when someone saw the issues with the claims they called and gave me some type of direction. At this point I feel he could have been diagnosed sooner by the vet and that some of his tests and time in between were not necessary. I didn't even know there were dog dermatologist, I wish someone at Nationwide could have given me just a little more guidance.

Nationwide claims were easily reimbursed however the online system To submit a claim was a little clunky. Nevertheless, they were caring and followed up with an email to see that my dog was doing better. That meant a lot. Thanks nationwide.
