Love Nationwide!
I have 2 Chihuahuas that are getting up in age so they have been having issues off and on. Nationwide makes the claim process so easy and the reimbursement is so fast! These are my babies and it definitely reduces an already stressful situation when they are ill knowing you don't have to worry about Nationwide taking care of the claim. If only my own medical insurance company was this efficient! Best in class service. 10star rating :)

Insensitive and clunky
Very complicated list of coverage percentages, and there's a waiting period of 14 days which I believe to be inhumane. My dog had an emergency during that waiting period and when I called to inquire about the coverage they read me scripted responses and said they couldn't help. Then when I cancelled my plan the operator had the nerve to wish me well, as if any compassion exists in a company that literally won't help an animal in need when the owner is PAYING for coverage.
