The claims process was very quick and easy. My cat was brought in for an annual exam and shots. Pets Best explained all that was covered or not covered and why. I have been a customer for well over a decade and have been very pleased with them. I have referred a couple people to them who also signed up with their pets. I give Pets Best 5*s all the way. Thank you

Happy with policy & service
Great insurance - you can select the type of policy you wish to purchase as well as related deductibles and co-pays. Wish I could do this with my insurance. Plus claims submission and settlement are a breeze. Great Service! Thank you once again.

Easy to understand
I submitted a receipt that had a few things I knew wouldn't be covered, but couldn't remove from the invoice. Pets Best sent two emails back, one with the parts of my claim that were approved and one for the parts of the vet visit that were not. It made it very easy to understand

Sickness is better with Insurance
We have an English Bulldog, they are know for having a lot of health issues, but our baby is great. Every time we take him to the vet they give us the documentation we need and we always send it to the insurance and they reply really fast, if not they always notify us via email why is the delay. We really like it!

Nationwide provides excellent service. It provides me peace of mind knowing that I can take Bixby to the animal hospital when necessary. Hopefully, we won't have any incidents in 2020. It's too traumatic.
