Mitzi is doing very well
I am having a much better experience than with another pet insurance company. Mitzi is doing as well as can be expected for her age, not sure exactly how old she is but somewhere around 15 is our guess. She will be with me 14 years in February and we are at least her 4th family, My only complaint is with the timing of how long the review takes and also all the exclusions. Mitzi has been a pretty healthy pup all these years. Glad to have your insurance.

Love Nationwide pet insurance. It's easy to file a claim, and claim review/payments are completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Even though I'm sure the "Checking on Gus" emails are automated, I love getting them.

They came through when we need them the most...
If you're looking for fast claims processing insurance company, I'm sure there are other insurers out there that can process claims quicker. But...if you're like me, and you want a fair and honest insurer that stands behind their promises, I recommend that you consider Pet's Best as a top contender. I have a ~ 1.5 year old Great Pyrenees mix that was adopted back in April 2019. With the exception of a few minor issues, he was healthy and growing. Unfortunately he was recently diagnosed with a patella luxation (floating knee cap) injury and may need surgery. Clearly I wanted to get a few credible opinions, but along the way, he needed meds, x-rays, etc. Pet's Best did need to get additional details from my vet ahead of processing the claim. Yes...it did take longer than I would have liked, but in the end, they covered the majority of his bills. As a new member, I have to say that even in follow-up with them, they have been courteous and informative. But most important, they care about their customers and it shows. I would recommend them seriously...

Tinker Belle is doing real well with being diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis . She is on the Royal Canin dog food which is scripted. She must be on a low fat diet and only a treat or two in the scripted Royal Canin or Hills Science. I am pleased that she has progressed so well in the little over two months she has had this problem. Your Company has been the best. I appreciate all your concern for her. Nancy

The claims process was very quick and easy. My cat was brought in for an annual exam and shots. Pets Best explained all that was covered or not covered and why. I have been a customer for well over a decade and have been very pleased with them. I have referred a couple people to them who also signed up with their pets. I give Pets Best 5*s all the way. Happy with policy & service
Great insurance - you can select the type of policy you wish to purchase as well as related deductibles and co-pays. Wish I could do this with my insurance. Plus claims submission and settlement are a breeze. Great Service! Thank you once again.

Easy to understand
I submitted a receipt that had a few things I knew wouldn't be covered, but couldn't remove from the invoice. Pets Best sent two emails back, one with the parts of my claim that were approved and one for the parts of the vet visit that were not. It made it very easy to understand
