Super easy

Super easy to do easy to understand why your refund I just wish you would send emails every time the claim goes to the next stage but otherwise 10/10 would recommend

First time

We have been with pets best for a few years and never had a claim. Unsure of how to file I called and asked. I was emailed full simple instructions to file. It was taken care of very quickly.

Compassion

When all was said and done, I had to let my beloved cat go. I eventually submitted the vet bills. Once everything was processed, I was going to make the sad call to cancel the insurance. When I received the statement for the last charge, Pets Best acknowledged the passing of my pet. I was also informed that they had cancelled the policy. I appreciated this so much. Compassion is part of their service and eased a little of my journey through grief. When the time comes to open my heart and home to another pet, I'll use Pets Best again.

Great Insurance

I have two puppies. One puppy is mischievous and always in to everything. We have had to go to the veterinarian multiple times. When I submitted the bills to the insurance company, they kept me informed of the process and were prompt paying the bills.

Aspca has got my back...and Bijou's heart

Bijou was all of 8 when she was diagnosed with a moderate heart murmur. One of those unfortunate age related issues. Bijou remains a sunny sweet and very active girl still logging championships at national Jack Russell Terrier trials. My claims for Bijou's meds are processed very quickly and I find the refund of fees are credited back to my checking account generally see to appear within 10 days of filing the claim. I left ASPCA for a short time and got coverage with another company and it was the worst mistake I ever made. I am happy to be back

Horrible reimbursement wait times

The claims take 30-45 days to complete. The hold time are horrible. When the time frame says 2 weeks when making a claim. Very misleading. My basset has a horrible accident and bills reached 3,000 in just one month. My credit bill of $3,000 is due and I have no money to pay the bill Don’t go with this pet Insur.
