We are customers since March 2019. The service and saving has been immerse. Can't see anyone having a pet and not having this insurance.

Nationwide has been the BEST choice I made for my pets
There are so many Pet Insurance Companies. I was fortunate to have the good sense to pick Nationwide 4 years ago. My occupation involves insurance but I’ve never had interactions with people that are more patient caring and knowledgeable than the representatives at Nationwide Pet Insurance. After an unexpected death of pet last year, and getting a new puppy this year that after 6 months a heart defect was identified, they have been there for me with all my questions and concerns.

Always great customer service
Quick responses and great customer service. Claims settled in a few short weeks sometimes faster. Good coverage - I’ve never had any problem with reimbursement from them, and I’ve been with them almost 3 years now, I just keep renewing my policy.

The one and only.
We have been using VPI/Nationwide as our Health insurance company for our single dog for seven years. There is a lot of insurance companies available for pets and as it turned out. It was a very good choice to have picked these companies. They are very fair in their claims. I have never had to contact or debate them with any problems that have come up with care. It always has gone smoothly for all these years. I wish I could say the same for my and the families healthcare. The system that is in place now with Nationwide to submit your claim Is done by a simple email. The claim is processed very quickly. If there is any disbursement, that is direct deposited in your checking account. You you couldn’t ask for anything better than that.
