This was our first time using Pet Insurance. I was pleasantly supposed at how easy the process was! I clicked submit claim and it walked me through everything. It took maybe 5 minutes to submit my bill. I got my approval and the money was direct deposited toy account. Love it!!!

Very helpful customer service
I submitted a claim and had accidentally switched something on my form, I was able to talk to someone on the phone, she was very nice and incredibly helpful. Im very glad I chose Fetch for my pets insurance.
