Fortunately, my Veterinarianâs office can just submit the claim, Trupanion very quickly informs us of what they will pay and I just pay the difference. This is a very nice feature.

Good customer service representative was very courteous and pleasent I was put on hold but only for about 30 seconds it was also Memorial Day when most places are closed.
