Trupanion went above and beyond!

I held off for almost a year before I submitted my fur babies bills to Trupanion. I found the online submission form too detailed and my vets invoices didnât offer the right info. When I finally called the Trupanion staff member encouraged me to just send in the whole lot and they would sort it all out for me! And they did in less than a week! Thanks for taking on the guess work for me. Not many businesses would do that.

I was having a pretty bad day and was upset at the pre approval I received from Trupanion due to the costs from the vet and she was very kind to me and tried her very best to explain the Trupanion policy.

I was having a pretty bad day and was upset at the pre approval I received from Trupanion due to the costs from the vet, and she was very kind to me and tried her very best to explain the Trupanion policy. She was totally correct in what she explained to me; it just wasn't the answer I wanted. I am very grateful that she let me vent and, again, was so very kind. Give her a raise! She deserves it :)

Easy approval for survery

I was so impressed that I submitted an estimate for my dog Rileyâs surgery and within a few hours I was emailed with an approval itâs stressful enough to have to go through a surgery but relieved it will be covered with my deductions so now I just have to concentrate on recovery
