Friendly service when calling, the employees sound like they know what they are talking about when you have questions- hard to find in most places these days ?? but also the claims are paid very quickly. I had other pet insurance before and when I had to file a claim I was told it wasnât covered. Trupanion does a great job explaining up front when purchasing a policy what is covered and what isnât so thereâs no disappointment or confusion later on when you submit a claim and itâs not approved or partially approved.
