Horrible!

Horrible!! I had two claims with them and it took them over a month to pay them out. Additionally, they continually asked me for the same documentation several times. When I would call to inform them that I had already sent in the medical records they would tell me that they need something else (something I had already sent in). The on hold times would sometimes be over 45 min! The way the claims were paid out doesn't make sense to me, I've worked in insurance billing for years and have an extensive knowledge in how claims are calculated and it doesn't make sense to me how they paid out my claim (shorting me over $100). All in all, bad experience and cancelling my account.

I've filed a few different claims

I've filed a few different claims. It took some trial and error at first trying to see what I needed to submit with my claim. When I didn't submit everything they needed to process the claim, they told me what else I needed. Once I got the vet notes and an itemized invoice they processed and approved my claim in a few days!
