Excellent, comprehensive no hassle coverage
I have two senior dogs. On has had joint issues since 3 months, the other now has numerous issues as she ages. Many claims and thousands of $ of care, including alternative treatments have been covered without question. Agents have been helpful when I’ve made mistakes in submitting making sure I get the full benefit of the insurance. I’d never own a pet without PPU

Great service
It is always easy to file online, when they needed additional information it was quickly resolved. By the Vet and myself and the claim was finalized in 3 to 5 day with my money on the way. Always good quick service and responses.
Best Pet Insurance
This is the best pet insurance. Our dog Bella suddenly became very ill. The vet bills mounted up. Our pet insurance made it easy to submit claims. Claims were all paid in full with no issues. Great company. I highly recommend.

Complete Disappointment
When I purchased this insurance, it was claimed to begin immediately with no waiting period which is why I selected this company over all the others. I took my newly adopted puppy into the vet due to kennel cough and submitted the claim. The mobile app to submit a claim is garbage, it crashes and glitches constantly. Then it took nearly 30 days to review and deny my claim. I received no updates for nearly 20 days about the process, and the update was an emailed apology for the delay in processing. I will be looking for new insurance.

Greasy Fetch
I didn’t use Fetch insurance at all because I had to take my animal into the Vet 1-2 day short of the 2-week waiting period. I ended up spending $800 at the Vet,wasn’t reimbursed for anything and when I ask for my refund for not using Fetch pet insurance at all they after explaining the situation they said forget it. So I paid the Vet out of pocket and also Fetch insurance that I wasn’t able to use.I’ll never purchase Fetch pet insurance ever again!!

Never leave home without it!
I have two mini schnauzers insured through Trupanion. I never regret that as both my dogs have had serious issues that Trupanion paid for and continue to do so each month even with their monthly medications. I’ll never have a pet without this insurance!
Amazing
I have 2 older dogs, 14.5 and 12.5 years. The oldest has had many health issues and PetsPlusUs has been great. I submit claims through the portal, periodically they request additional medical records which is reasonable and expected. Claims are always paid out on time. We recommended PetsPlusUs to our daughter for her pet and she has had the same positive experience.

Very Impressed
I ended up purchasing pet insurance after my kitten had to have foreign body removal surgery and decided to insure both my kittens. Low and behold within a month they were both back at emerg for vomiting and lethargy. One needed a 36 hour hospital stay for fluids and the other needed a foreign body removal surgery. I submitted both claims and was approved for coverage. Total bill for both of them was over $10,000. Fetch is 100% worth the cost and peace of mind. Claims were easily filed on the app and went into review right away. I received my payout via direct deposit within 2 weeks of filing. Fetch has made me a true believer in pet insurance.

Waiting and waiting...
$5,000 out and I'm still waiting. I'll edit this review if circumstances change. I uploaded my invoice and my vet sent the detailed medical history. I know, because I was cc-ed on the email. Whenever I check the status it says there are missing documents. I reached out and a CS person returned my email saying that everything is okay. However, I just went to the website and I still get the prompt that there are missing documents.

Best decision we ever made!
Our young rescue dog suddenly developed a neurological issue requiring many visits to specialists and a high level of care. He is living his very best dog life thanks to Pets Best - it allows us to give him treatments and care we would not be able to afford without this insurance. Everyone is always helpful and the claims process is very easy.
