Great help with dental bills
Appreciate the way Trupanion has handled the claims for our cat's dental bills. Extractions are not easy for any of us to deal with, but this company helped make it easier to juggle costs in a timely fashion. When a question came up, staff was there to help in a knowledgeable and courteous fashion.

I have been so happy with Met Life. It's easy to submit a claim and it is processed quickly. The emails from them explain the payment and how the claim was processed. I got this insurance when I adopted a 13 year old kitty from the shelter in March 2020. She developed a lot of issues and needed daily medications. I just had to put her to sleep the 2nd of January. A very sad day. I received a beautiful card from Met Life. They are very caring staff. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have been paying my insurance premium for the 10 years that I have had my 2 cats and submitted my first claim for the current medical condition Oct 2023. At the time customer service could not have been more helpful in leading me through the submission process and responsive to all of my questions. All aspects of my claim were handled in a very timely manner. For a recent repeat of the same medical condition I submitted my claim immediately and within 24 hrs it was approved and settled with a detailed claim summary. Cannot ask for more service than that!!!

Fast and accurate claim process
Our baby was diagnose with cancer, with treatments he is doing wonderful. Treatments are costly, I was so glad I had subscribed a health policy. I thougt it would take some time to receive my reimbursements. They were processed quickly. I sent the diagnosis with my first claim. They had all the info and all my claims are processed within a week.
Fantastic Pet Insurance
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws! The claims process is incredibly easy, the turnaround time is extremely fast and they are great about covering your pet. We had Healthy Paws with our first Golden Retriever and they were a life saver in terms of vets bills as they got older (she lived to be almost 15). We have them again with our Golden Retriever puppy, who unfortunately has had tummy troubles and hurt her paw. They have been terrific again.

It is helpful..... i think
I have a wellness plan along with illness and injury coverage. So I am supposed to be reimbursed for 90% of illness and injury after deductible and 100% up to an amount I picked at the beginning of the policy. I have been to two vet visits for ear infections and one different location vet visit for worms. I have sent in all the detailed receipts I received from vet offices but the insurance company has asked for more information all 3 times and says they have reached out to the vet offices but the vet offices do not respond back. So essentially I haven't been reimbursed for anything other than wellness & prevention. I should probably check into other companies.

Great company. Super fast turn around time for reimbursement. Fantastic customer service. Was a lifesaver the first few months of our “I love to eat socks” bernedoodle. And the one time only annual deductible is a great benefit.

I was nervous as they kept asking for more and more documents at first and it was stressing me out as I was already worried about my dog. But pets plus came through and they paid out the expensive surgery my dog had to have. I am very appreciative and glad I have insurance for my older dog. Do your research but definitely get pet insurance as it’s helped when anything goes wrong with my dog. Thank you pets plus

My sweet dog ate raisins and we rushed to the after hour clinic right away. So glad we have pet insurance to cover the big portion of the bill. That made us feel so much better.
