I am so pleased with MetLifePet
I am so pleased with MetLifePet! I feel much more inclined to take my dog to the vet whenever I am concerned about her health. Also, the reimbursement is very comprehensive and comes fairly quickly.

I never had pet insurance before and my experience with MetLife has been great. Claims are easy to file, and the turn-around time is quick. Great coverage and very low rates. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and I have.

Best Pet company will try to wiggle out paying a claim even though you send them a receipt and all the info they need. The Reason? : The vet” didn’t respond to requests about Daisy’s medical history. …they tell you there is no need to contact the vet. They will take care of it. I do NOT recommend Pets Best insurance.

A recent claim has been very frustrating. SOAP notes were requested for a recent visit - understandable even though I'd never had to provide them before, so it was a hassle to track them down. However, SOAP notes from a previous claim which had already been completed we're also requested and REQUIRED for this new claim. If you know you'll need them potentially in the future why wouldn't you request them when the claim is submitted? Providing people only 9 days to locate those and upload them is very challenging. This has been frustrating to say the least and does not give me confidence that you have me or my pets best interests in mind and you'd rather save money than provide coverage that I've paid for.
