Embrace has been easy to deal with

Embrace has always responded quickly and and clearly answered any questions I have. They have promptly paid and he covered reimbursements. Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service!

I have been trying to close my account for months with no success. Your service is very ineffective and expensive. Nothing is covered from our usual pet expenses and you make it impossible to chat with a human. Finally, I thought my account had been closed after lack of payment (i received an email to that effect) and thought I was finally free. Only to find out I got charged three months later, for 3 combined payments, which by the way were a lot higher than my known monthly fee. I need my account closed for good and the last payment reversed asap.

My experience was excellent with Spot…

My experience was excellent with Spot Insurance for two important reasons. First they showed compassion for my dog and myself. Second they acted quickly. I submitted my invoices and they took care of the rest. As a follow up, they sent an email expressing their compassion and later made a personal call checking up on me. I appreciate everything they did knowing how difficult my situation was.

I’ve been with Healthy Paws for over 15 years, and they’ve been absolutely incredible every step of the way. This past year has been one of the toughest for my senior dog—she’s battled a bone infection that may have reached her knee implant, histoplasmosis, and now bone cancer. Submitting claims online is super easy…

Submitting claims online is super easy w/Embrace. For the most part, their reimbursement amounts are pretty decent, & their customer service on the phone is very good. However, I just hope that they don’t jack up their monthly rates again in the spring like they did this last spring when my policy renewed. Fortunately, I was able to raise my deductible and bring the premium back down to a reasonable level….

Our Moment of Crisis

During our moment of crisis with our 4 year old Mini Goldendoodle, who suddenly experienced cluster seizures for the first time, we felt great relief knowing that we had pet insurance for our boy. The expense would have been so significant for our family without it. My advice to anyone on the fence about investing in a pet insurance policy because they worry “they may never use it”, would be to pray that they are never in a situation that you might need it. However, understand that without it, you may be forced to make decisions for your fur-baby not from your heart, but from your wallet, which may not be supportive of your hearts plan. No one expects to have a crisis, but we can be more prepared for it financially. The turn around time for reimbursement was almost immediate so we never felt the financial blow.

Spot Pet Insurance has been wonderful…

Spot Pet Insurance has been wonderful through a very emotional time for me. I had to say goodbye to my baby girl Ava unexpectedly. We did everything we could to save her but it just wasn't possible. Spot has made processing my claim a very smooth and quick transaction during one of the most horrific times of my life. I bought insurance hoping to never have to use it but when I did, they were very kind and helpful with what I needed to process the claims. I'm no where near ready for another companion since Ava was my soulmate but one day if I decide to open my heart and home to another fur baby I will definitely be using Spot again.
