Highly Recommend; Great Customer Service
Healthy Paws response to claims is exceptional. Our submissions are reviewed, approved, with reimbursement deposited in our bank within days. Customer service has also routinely emailed us to follow-up on our pets' treatment and see how they are feeling/healing. Customer service is fantastic and it's clear we're more than a number. We are extremely grateful for our coverage and one less worry when dealing with our pet's illness. We routinely recommend Healthy Paws to friends and coworkers and will continue to use for all our future pets.

An emergency trip to the vet hospital after my dog ate half a bag of trail mix, 48 hours of treatment with fluids and observation: doggy had no symptoms and was never sick, I received a big bill but submitted and received reimbursement very quickly, no questions asked. I am recommending Pets Best to my pet owning friends. "

Terminal Illness Made a Little Easier to Handle
We couldn't be happier to have pet insurance through PetsBest. Truly a Life Saver
My beloved doodle happily has been living his best life after having a cancerous, golf-ball-sized tumor removed from his mouth two years ago. Additional follow-up treatment to keep cancer from spreading/recurring is only possible because of Pets Best. Without their help, I would not be able to afford his ongoing treatment. They are just taking your money
Do not trust whatever are saying! the claims take a least 30 days. They do their best to not paying your claims. They are not respectful at all when you are calling about your claims even their manager.

My 7 year old lab pit mix dog tore her CCL playing in the snow. Healthy Paws was awesome. So easy to make a claim on the app, responses were quick and reimbursements were sent promptly. I called with a few questions and they were friendly and helpful. My dog's surgery cost $7100 and Healthy Paws paid $5500 (80%), and they paid the vet directly too! Highly recommend.
