Clarine was very sweet and personable and really made an effort to help me! Also everything was processed super fast with her help. And she went an extra step with her impecable follow up! I’m had MetLife for several years but this was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Healthy Paws is the first Pet Insurance company I've ever used. I'm so glad that I decided to get insurance for my 3 fur babies about 3 years ago. I was debating on whether or not I really needed to continue with this company. No issues - just monthly fees being withdrawn every month. Why not just put that money into a high interest saving account? Well, I decided to think on it for about a week before pulling that trigger. Wouldn't you know within days, my GSD was diagnosed with Oral Cancer!! I was devastated but also thankful because I knew I had pet insurance. Because of that I was able to move fast on getting him the medical help that he needed. Once I submitted all of his bills, they were reviewed and paid within days enabling me to quickly pay off the vast amount of money I spent on his treatment. No questions, no issues - just fast payment back! I'll be staying with Healthy Paws going forward and use the high yield savings account for a much needed vacation! ;)

Scam Vet Insurance Company
Fetch insurance is a scam company. They make sure your premiums are collected in time. However, upon filing a claim, there denial process is also quick as possible. My pet had an ACUTE kennel cough condition which they labeled as pre-existing since he had the same condition a year ago. The reviewers need to understand pre existing conditions verses acute conditions. Scam company do not waste your money as they look for reasons to deny.

I am very disappointed with my met life insurance I have submitted two claims since 10/21/2025 and have not received one reimbursement I have called six times and have told the checks are in the mail you have debited my visa three times and received my initial deposit but you have not responded to any claim this is fraudulent and I will be contacting t Pennsylvania consumer affairs and filing a formal complaint

Did not receive email that to renew insurance for the year I would have to call. On website said I was covered to 2026 when I filed a claim. Apparently that was just in a 30 day window. Company would not honor the 90% plan i had because it ran out.

I had a policy with embrace for two years. All of my first year claims were denied. In my second year my dog unfortunately had breast cancer removed, embrace covered $1100. On the third year renewal after only paying out $1100 in two years, embrace TRIPLED my annual premium. It was fine and dandy when they were collecting my money without paying claims but then the second they had to cover something they price gauged me. Cancelled same day.
