Pets Best is absolutely wonderful. I’m so thankful
Pets Best has truly been the best experience. They have been there through the hardest situations pet owners can experience. When My dog was diagnosed with a tumor, Pets Best was there and alleviated one of my most difficult moments, and my dog would not be here today if it wasn’t for Pets Best. Looking for pet insurance is tricky because there are many options and taking a chance on one of them is all we can do. The claims process is very easy, my benefits plan is thorough and easy to understand, my explanation of benefits on my claims is easy to understand, customer service is super responsive, and I get updates on the status of my claims. I can’t think of any negative experience thus far and I 100% recommend Pets Best to anyone shopping for pet insurance. Thank you so much for being a wonderful insurance company!

Never paid any claims
The claim process is extremely long! It took 2 months to get an explanation back. They always denied the claim because of varies reason. Don’t even try to submit any claim because it will be denied. Worse insurance ever.

A Great Experience
I’ve tried several pet insurance companies and they were just operations set up to take your money and deny your claims, but Pets Best is the absolute best. Pests Best is real insurance coverage that will cover your pet in a time of need. Because my babies aren’t just pets, but they are family members, Getting coverage with Pets Best is one of the best decisions I made for them.
Healthy Paws is the Best
Reese, our dog, started throwing up bile and food several times throughout the day. We rushed off to the vet who gave her some drugs to settle her stomach and told us if not better in the morning to let them know. We woke up the next morning and she wasn’t doing better and our regular vet advised us to go to the Emergency Room. In 3 hours our Emergency vet took blood, x-rays, and an ultrasound and we were told she needed emergency surgery immediately. We had to sign an estimate for around $10,000. We knew that we had Healthy Paws and didn’t hesitate on agreeing to the cost. Just like most of yall we would do anything for our fur babies! Little Reese had a little set back the week after the initial surgery and another bill came our way. Thank goodness Reese is heading in the right direction now. She’s back to eating her Kangaroo dog food, we’ve been on 2 short walks the past 2 days and we are hoping we are over the hump! We appreciated Healthy Paws response! I submitted the claims on the day of payment and we had our money directly deposited into our account within a week! We continue to tell folks about Healthy Paws and how quick their responses are! But, to top it off, about a week after our last claim they reached out to us to ask how Reese was doing! Don’t hesitate to sign up for Healthy Paws!🐾

Pets Best Insurance
Pets Best insurance is the best and most affordable pet insurance we have used. I have 5 cats and two dogs. Sadly, it was 6 cats until this claim. Despite grieving our lost kitten, Pets Best made it easy to submit our claim and processed it quickly. The last thing we needed at this time was to fight with insurance over coverage. Thank you, Pets Best! We will continue to recommend you to our adopters from our cat rescue organization, Lucky Meows NYC!
A must have!
I have 2 10 year old Shih Tzus and have had Healthy Paws insurance on both of them since they were 3 months old. Without the insurance it would have been difficult to afford both of there multiple surgeries and medications. Healthy paws makes it easy to file a claim and they are extremely quick on processing them and getting payment sent. I would , and have, highly recommend!
Healthy Paws or BUST!!
I’ve had Healthy Paws for both my dogs. I’ve convinced many friends to buy this specific insurance because of how responsive they have been. The fact that there is no cap on policies is the first no brainer. They have never asked a single question about any claims and pay SO fast and with direct deposit to my bank. My dog was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and the entire process, from first emergency visit to neurologist, to MRI and radiation has come to around $30k. If I didnt have this insurance, we never could have saved her and now we have a minimum of 2 years more with her. There’s no comfort like being given a bill at vet office and KNOWING I can say yes to anything she needs because of this company. Not to mention they always reach out to me when something big happens. My first dog was hit by a car and I they sent me a hand written condolences card. And with my second dog, (brain tumor/radiation) they emailed to check on her.
