"I had to take my little dude to the emergency room after I noticed some green discharge from his eye. I wasn't too worried knowing I had insurance on both of my dogs. After unsuccessfully trying to upload my claim via the app or website, I called and was directed to send an email for my claim. After about 8-10 days I received an email stating that my claim was going to be paid with no further documentation needed. Pretty easy process.
Best choice I’ve made in 20 years!!
"After 20 years of paying until it hurt, I decided to try pet insurance for my brand new poodle pup after my sister recommended you. The insurance pays for itself. I had my first round of vaccinations, wellness check and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives and was more than pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was reimbursed. All easily uploaded via my phone. My puppy went to the vet for her annual exam and vaccines. I turned in the claim and it was a very quick turnaround. The app is very easy to use. I also have Farmers for my home and auto insurance. I highly recommend Pets Best and Farmers.

Very pleased with Embrace Pet Insurance. I have the normal insurance plus the Wellness addition. I have had a few claims with the Wellness part and have found it very easy to file the claim and received a response within a couple of days. Very pleased with the quick response. I have had the opportunity to speak with customer support and was pleased with the friendly and supportive assistance.
