When I first signed up with Pets Best …
When I first signed up with Pets Best loans were processed within a week and reimbursement too. Now it takes almost a month for claims to be processed and paid. Otherwise it is a great Pet Insurance.

We have one dog and three cats insured…
We have one dog and three cats insured by MetLife, and we have never once regretted it. The times we have taken out pets to the vet for check-ups or if an emergency, MetLife has had our backs. We use the App and once we have paid the vet bill, I immediately submit the bill to MetLife via the app and await reimbursement, per our insurance agreement. This last pet visit to the vet was on a Wednesday, and I submitted that same day, and received the funds in my bank account the following Friday. I would recommend everyone to please get MetLife for your pets, and for your own peace of mind.

Great experience!
So far my experience has been very positive with Spot insurance. This year my cat got sick a lot, and after the deductible amount, everything according to my policy was reimbursed. Easy to file the claims and fast reimbursement as well. I’m very happy with them!
