I have been a previous Nationwide client with a former pet and wanted to have my new cat covered by Nationwide, as well. Shelly was the Customer Service Representative I spoke with today. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! She explained the coverage and cost as well as made me feel very confident that Nationwide will be a great choice for my new pet’s insurance needs.

Orthopedic Report
I'd never recommend Embrace to anybody at this point. Signed up to cover my dog in January and had the vet fill out the orthopedic report. Even though the vet specifically didn't check any condition and said he was perfectly healthy, the rate adjustor assigned to me added a pre-existing condition to my coverage. After contacting the appeals team and having my vet once again confirm no pre-existing conditions for my dog, my appeal was denied. Promptly cancelled my coverage. If this is how they treat you at the beginning of a plan, I'd rather pay more somewhere else.

Customer service was terrific in helping me with a claim. Claim website not a good experience. Difficulty adding needed documentation. Notes receved from claim department were inaccurate. The note said needed documents when the documents had been received and acknowledged.

Unbeatable Pet Insurance
