Being this being our first time having to fill out a claim after 2 years, it was a user friendly experience. The service was quick and easy as we were thankful lady was not hurt unto death🙏🏾 Again we’re are thankful that we still have lady and the support we received from Spot Insurance.

Easy breezy claim process
Super easy, great and quick experience getting our claim processed after our dog had to have emergency surgery due to a foxtail getting embedded in her paw. Just uploaded all the receipts and submitted the claim through the app and got payment quickly. Highly recommend!

I’ve had 5 claims so far with Spot pretty close to each other. All claims have been handled quickly and have been paid. No questions asked. I would recommend every pet owner to get a policy with Spot.

I seriously have loved my experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. I previously shied away from any sort of pet insurance and now I’m regretting never having had you sooner. The claims steps are simple and painless and are dealt without issue and are extremely timely. Thank you for being such a great company and providing such great service.

I wouldn't recommend
I wouldn't recommend. They nickel and dime your claims to death, look at any way to raise your monthly premiums and are not compassionate to people with disabilities which includes a TON of pet owners. I'll be canceling them at the 1 year mark as you are penalized and charged back for any claims you had if you don't insure for the 1st year. It's a scam.

No haggling and quick reimbursement
My dog needed the dog version of ACL repair. When i submitted her paperwork I was prepared. ( that is important if you would like your reimbursement in a timely fashion). The process was seamless and, I think I got my refund in 5 business days. I’m very happy with the fairness and speed of MetLife. They stood by their contract and there was no haggling!!
