It was simple to sign up for insurance, and everything is laid out for you. All that's covered is displayed for you. So grateful I decided to sign up through my employer because all the discounts are amazing.

Quick and easy claim process

The claim submission process was easy, and I received my payment quickly. Both of my cats needed dental surgery to remove most of their teeth. That was already stressful to go through, so having the procedures covered and not having to deal with a complicated submission process really helped. Much appreciated!

Delay for mailibng

I mailed my claim in, with all the required data, almost a month ago. I called to check on its status and was told that they hadn't posted it yet. It shouldn't have taken more than two or three days tog get there. They are punishing older people for not being as tech savvy as younger folks who are more familiar with this method. Very poor claims handling.
