Trupanion is the best. Expensive, but they've come through for each of my reasonable claims, most recently in a very big way. I'm so grateful, and able to get the best care for my beloved dog. Jan Marie Fortier

Denied for something that was not by a vet
My dog got denied for Respiratory issues because I was the mother of a New Dog and didnt know what was wrong They said because I stated it...It made it a pre existing condition..now has allergies They will pay for but not xrays...Your agreeing to the meds she got the meds because the xray was needed to see what may be wrong.P.S. I am Not A Vet...

Still better than VPI
Claims submission was easy. I didnât realize that no exam fees (even emergency ones ) werenât covered. Or that my deductible applied to each individual new claim.
