Great customer service and stand by their pet insurance plans. When my dog passed away they even sent a hand written card. My cat and new puppy have Trupanion insurance as well.

Easy to file invoices - easy to upload documents - turn around for determination of coverage is pretty quick (although it has been 2 days or less in the past) and deposit made the same day - I'd have to say best pet insurance on the market
