Claims department is amazing to deal with, but I have always felt that the details of the policy are a little misleading. 90% is really about 78% in Ontario, as taxes are not covered. My other dog is on a 80% plan including taxes, and it pays out more. That's the only issue I have.

I found putting a claim in through my vet amazing so fast to reply.. I have had other pet insurance companies take up to 1 month to pay. If my other dogs weren't older I would switch for sure. Great job!!!

Excellent service!
Couldnât be any easier!! My vet submits claim at time of visit, and claim is literally processed almost immediately! I then am only responsible to pay for my portion, instead of the whole amount. Very easy!!
