Because of your excellent response time in processing the first claim I've submitted that went beyond my deductible. After years of paying my premiums, I had to submit a claim following a very difficult, and expensive, experience at an emergency hospital, and my claim was quickly processed and my payment was deposited within about 3 days. So thank you.

The prescription associated with the claim was not submitted correctly by me but not acknowledged until I resubmitted it. Then I was given instructions. Also, using the date of the first line item on the invoice vs the accident date makes no sense.
