Excellent client service.
Excellent client service. I have yet to make a claim... However, the rep was well informed, assisted me in getting started on my multiple claims, and assired me that if I have any questions along the way, I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service! processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

Trupanion-Well worth the money!
Trupanion has consistently helped me with Romyâs account. The only issues i have are with submission of claim and a few times i have had to resubmit because system failed. But by phone customer service does an impeccable job. Than you for helping me with the cost of Romyâs life. Without Trupanion i would have had to get a second job or put her to sleep.

Trupanion is good but there are a couple of things they donât cover.
Trupanion is good but there are a couple of things they donât cover. Example: My dog was sick and shaking and I took him to his regular vet and the insurance declined to pay for it. I felt that it was an urgent visit out if the normal or routine check up. He was prescribed meds based on the Vets findings and I paid for that as well. A bit disappointed.

I had a claim that was wrongly processed as a new condition and was encouraged by a Trupanion team member to have reviewed. I learned a lot as to how to better guide the administrative personnel at my vet to provide additional information that explained the claim and how to ensure that future ones better reflect the situation.
