ASPCA Pet Insurance Very Disappointing
You would think that pet insurance associated with a reputable organization like the ASPCA would be committed to helping you take care of your four legged family members. Instead, they are quick to reject your claim and try to justify it as a “preexisting condition.” When you submit a letter from your veterinarian stating that it was not a preexisting condition, they are non-responsive. They actually tried to claim that because the vet stated that our dog was “lethargic” when he hurt his leg 5 months previously, it was connected to an inflammation of the brain later that year. They will work hard not to support your claim. Don’t get this insurance unless you want your pet’s medical emergency to be even more stressful!

Very satisfied
My dog was diagnosed for cancer is undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Was a big relief to be reimbursed for this expensive therapy with no fuss. I do not know if helped that my dog is being treated at a big reputable animal hospital but that is the only thing I can think of if someone else had more trouble getting reimbursed. Highly recommended. I am leaving this review at various sites in gratitude.

I love Lemonade!
My pup has a sensitive stomach and typically needs frequent visits to the vet. Every time I need to submit a claim lemonade makes it so easy! The staff are always friendly and open to any questions I have. Highly recommend!

Excellent client service. I have yet to make a claim... However, the rep was well informed, assisted me in getting started on my multiple claims, and assired me that if I have any questions along the way, I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service! processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

Trupanion-Well worth the money!
Trupanion has consistently helped me with Romyâs account. The only issues i have are with submission of claim and a few times i have had to resubmit because system failed. But by phone customer service does an impeccable job. Than you for helping me with the cost of Romyâs life. Without Trupanion i would have had to get a second job or put her to sleep.
