After being with the company for over a year and a half and after talking to the co. Rep. on the phone, I up graded my policy. I did this with the reps recommendation. I was not told that I would have ANOTHER one year waiting period before I would have full coverage on my dog. I was told that cancer would have been cover on my puppy. The first year for my two dogs was like 230.00 per dog (460.00), but that policy doesn't cover much. The rep said so the next year double that for each dog, so like around a 1000.00 for a better policy but the rep. did not say there would be a new waiting period . On the phone they tell you the conversation will be taped, but when there is a problem, you are told "if we could find the tape it would be for training purposes only"
