My policy specifically stated in two different locations that I could pay annually to avoid the monthly service fees. However, when I called, I was told that they see that option in my contract but they cannot accept annual payments. If they can’t comply with contract terms for something as simple as payment. I cannot trust they will comply with other terms. Now they are trying to short my refund.
