My problem with VPI wasn't even with its insurance but with them double-billing for a year's insurance and then taking weeks (and 17 phone calls and e-mails to date) to try to get them to take the bogus $652 charge off my bill. To date (a few days before Christmas), they still haven't done that. Despite the fact that this is illegal and they're in the wrong they have been completely incompetent. NEVER would I trust them with an actual matter of health for my pet.
