There was a problem receiving my checks. Too much time elapsed between my vet visits and receiving the checks. After my veterinarian spoke to the insurance company, the issue was resolved. This delay was not to my pets best interest or mine.

I'm so sorry we weren't able to process your claim as quickly as you'd hoped. We absolutely understand people need their reimbursements back as quickly as possible, and so try to process claims as quickly as possible.

Sometimes hiccups do happen (difficulty getting medical records, trying to get a busy vet on the phone to answer questions, etc.), but we absolutely do take processing claims quickly and accurately extremely seriously.
