Had a Premium policy for 7yrs. They pretty much paid all my claims according to my policy w/o any trouble. The clerk at my vet also confirmed that they were one of the companies that were more hassle free. I've been reimbursed for spontaneous pneumothoraic(?), foxtails surgically & non surgically removed, dental extraction due to peridontitis, cysts removed, amputated tip of tail, dental cleanings, flea & heartworm meds, annual exams/vaccines and eye infection. It is important to read the policy thoroughly. Claims MUST be made within 180days and any condition must be deemed cured for a designated time before they will pay for it again. That includes ACL surgery for the opposing leg and possibly cataracts surgery for the other eye. The biggest drawback is that you must pay extra for "Continuing Care" if you want treatment to carryover to the next policy period. Claims processing and reimbursement is slow.
They recently upgraded their coverage to be more competitive with Pets Best. A plus is deductibles are annual not per incident.
