My dog had some serious health issues during the last six months resulting in some large claims. Although the time to process the claims was a bit long, all of the claims were paid without question. Sadly, we lost her at the beginning of December and Pet’s Best proactively refunded the premium for the remainder of the policy year. They also sent me a sympathy note. I was very impressed with this service at the end of my sweet girl’s life.
