I am *extremely* happy with Embrace Pet Insurance. I am a recently-new customer; I have 2 rescued cats with special-needs but who are both healthy now thank goodness. One/female cat was born blind; one/male cat has PTSD from being terrorized on the streets from where he was finally rescued; both were 'feral' and both are the dearest pets one could ever know. I'd been dealing with customer-care meltdown at our local St. Louis Park, MN branch of Banfield Pet Hospital; massive turnover in staff and a new office manager nothing like the previous one I'd had such wonderful help from over the years. I was in the midst of changing to a new/local vet clinic, City Cat Clinic, which is great. That's when I heard about Embrace from a relative who'd just gotten it & was very pleased. I signed up my kitties & the service from Embrace has been just GREAT: so caring and personable, very prompt with my 1st refund check, and very helpful with advice and troubleshooting re: my timelines. I have used Embrace for my 1st/new vet appointment: annual checkup for my blind kitty girl, and all went smooth as silk - really a treat.I highly recommend Embrace and its tremendous "Embracer" online customer-service/claim staff to customers everywhere.
