I submitted several claims going back 5 months and still no cheques. When I called to inquire, they said they were mailed to my old address, even though I had updated it when I moved, AND included the new address on the claim forms, AND emailed them to confirm it after waiting for months for the cheques to arrive. When I finally called, they said they would correct it and mail new cheques ASAP - that was almost three weeks ago, and still no cheques. I wish I had gone with a different company, but it is too late now as my dog is now 5 and has developed a health condition that would be considered pre-existing and therefore not covered if we switched. Vetinsurance, please get your act together! This has been a real pain!
