Reps at VPI are very friendly and pleasant; however: Claim took over a month. Had to fax the same vet information multiple times for "review." Very small allowances for given for each type of medical condition compared to what the vet charged.

I HAVE BEEN WITH VPI FOR SO MANY YEARS, I'VE FORGOTTEN WHEN I ENROLLED. NOW WITH 2 EACH M&F CHOC. LABS AND GOLDEN RETRIEVERS, I'VE BEEN CARRYING THE SUPERIOR POLICY. ALTHOUGH THE CLAIMS I'VE SUBMITTED HAVE NOT HAD THE RETURN I'VE EXPECTED (MAINLY JUST ANNUAL VISITS), AS NOTHING HAS BEEN CATASTROPHIC, I CAN'T SAY I'M UNHAPPY.
REPRESENTATIVES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE . WHAT DOES ANNOY ME IS THE $50 DEDUCTABLE EACH TIME I SEND IN A CLAIM, BUT LOOKING OVER THE DEDUCTABLES OF OTHER COMPANIES AND WHAT THEY DO COVER, I CAN'T COMPLAIN.

I JUST KEEP PRAYING THAT I'LL NEVER HAVE TO USE THE DOUBLE CANNCER ENDORSEMENT THAT I'VE BEEN CARRYING ALL ALONG. BUT IF I DO, I'M SURE THAT IT WILL PAY ACCORDINGLY.
