i WROTE A REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY- SINCE THAT TIME, THE COMPANIES PRESIDENT DID RETURN MY CALL IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS- WHICH IS GREAT - HE STATED THAT ALL NEW CLAIMS WITH NEW POLICIES ARE REQUESTING MEDICAL RECORDS- IT WAS NOT BECAUSE MY PUPPY HAS BAD BEHAVIOR- i AM RAISING MY REVIEW A TAD- i WANT TO BE FAIR TO THE COMPANY- THAT BEING SAID, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD NOT HAVE MENTIONED THE ISSUE TO ME AND IT SHOULD READ SOMEWHERE IN THE POLICY THAT ALL NEW POLICIES WILL HAVED DELAYED REIMBURSEMENT- tHE JURY IS STILL OUT AS TO WHETHER THEY WILL PAY MY CLAIM WITHOUT ANYMORE HASSLE- AS OF NOW i WILL RAISE MY REVIEW TO A 5

Isn't this interesting...you posted the exact same review on the Pets Best site. Are you double dipping? Trying to get double the money for your puppy's claim? Hmmm.

I am sure glad that I read the reviews of all...and what is wrong with delayed reimbursement?...there must be over a million policy holders...and is this person really double dipping?...

If he paid for 2 insurance premiums, I don't see why he can file claims for 2 company, after all the premiums are NOT free, it should be appropriate to say he's double insured, not double dipping
